Qualifications

• Current license with the state Board of Nursing.
• 1 year of nursing experience required, home health and OASIS preferred.
• Ability to perform physical activity including heavy lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Must have a current Driver's License and vehicle insurance.
• Ability to complete a background check successfully.
