Qualifications

• Active LPN license in Alabama.
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in home health.
• CPR certification is required.
• Knowledge of home health regulations is necessary.

Responsabilités

• Provide full assistance with ADLs, personal hygiene, and transfers.
• Administer G-tube feeding and medications.
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition to RN supervisor.
• Educate patient and family on care plans and safety.
• Coordinate care to meet clinical goals.

Connaissances

Active LPN license in Alabama

2 years of nursing experience
