Adoration Health in Cullman, AL is seeking a dedicated Home Health Registered Nurse to provide 1:1 patient care in a home setting. The role emphasizes compassionate nursing, independent work with team support, and adherence to MD orders to achieve patient goals.

Qualified candidates hold an RN license, with at least one year in patient care and CPR certification. A valid driver's license and insurability are required; new grads may be considered in some markets.

Formación

• Registered Nursing Degree (ADN/BSN) from an accredited college with current license.
• One year of nursing practice in a patient care setting; home health/geriatrics preferred.
• Valid driver's license, acceptable driving record, and proof of car insurance.
• New nursing graduates may be considered in select markets based on program availability.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsabilidades

• Assess/monitor physical, emotional, and psychological needs of patients.
• Create home health care plans that align with MD orders and the patient's goals.
• Direct nursing care: administering medications, treatments, and interventions.
• Provide pain and symptom management.
• Educate and support the patient’s family and caregivers.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Participate in on-call rotation as required by the local branch.
