Jobsought in Wisconsin seeks a skilled Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to implement individualized plans of care designed by the supervising Occupational Therapist. You will perform therapeutic interventions focusing on ADLs, adaptive equipment training, and home safety to enhance independence and safety at home.

You will manage your visits with a schedule-based cadence, document efficiently using TherapySync, and communicate progress with the supervising OT to ensure coordinated care.

Qualifications

• Valid California Occupational Therapy Assistant license.
• CPR or BLS certification.
• Driver's license and auto insurance.
• Physical + TB test (within the last year).
• Professional liability and business license (if applicable).

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled COTA care by implementing individualized plans of care developed by the supervising Occupational Therapist.
• Perform therapeutic interventions focusing on ADLs, adaptive equipment training, and home safety to help patients improve their independence and safety.
• Report patient progress by documenting responses to treatment and communicating effectively with the supervising OT to ensure coordinated care.
• Manage your visits by setting your own schedule and visit cadence based on the plan of care.
• Document efficiently using one simple EMR system for all notes.
