Job summary

• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team.

Responsibilities

• Implement occupational therapy treatment plans as directed by the OT.
• Provide hands-on therapy to patients in their homes to improve ADLs and functional independence.
• Document patient visits, progress, and outcomes accurately and promptly.
• Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic techniques to aid recovery.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
