EvergreenHealth is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant to support patients in home health. You will carry out treatment plans under OTR supervision, helping patients regain function in their daily activities.

The role emphasizes collaboration with an interdisciplinary team, adherence to treatment priorities, and potential to design/fit orthotic devices as part of the plan. Washington licensure is required.

Qualifications

• Licensed Occupational Therapist Assistant (WA) required.
• Washington Driver's license and proof of insurability required.
• Current Healthcare Provider BLS certification by date of hire.
• Reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Carry out the treatment plan established by an OTR.
• Provide OT intervention per client needs.
• Assist with design and fitting of prosthetic/orthotic devices per plan.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Education

Licensed Occupational Therapist Assistant (WA)

Current Washington State Driver's license
