Qualifications

• Minimum one year work experience in home health care.
• Current HHA, CNA license or valid certification.
• BLS CPR certification required.
• Level II background check required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation.
• Assist with bathing, grooming, and toileting.
• Monitor health status and report changes to supervisor.
• Assist with ambulation and use of assistive devices.
• Administer medications as directed by clients and caregivers.
