BAYADA Home Health Care is hiring HHAs in Orlando, FL and surrounding areas. Join a trusted home health team delivering compassionate in-home care to clients in Doctor Phillips, Windermere, Lake Nona, and Downtown Orlando.

We offer weekly pay, flexible scheduling, and benefits after meeting eligibility. This role supports daily living tasks, light housekeeping, and patient comfort in clients' homes across the Orlando area.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year work experience.
• BLS CPR certification.
• Level II Background Check.

Responsabilités

• Assist with activities of daily living.
• Light housekeeping and meal preparation.
• Grooming and bathing assistance.
• Toileting and nail care support.
• Transfers and mobility assistance using devices.

Pay Range: $16-18/hour

BAYADA offers Home Health Aides (HHAs):

• Home Care Field Employees are eligible for any of BAYADA’s group medical, prescription drug, dental, and vision benefits if you work an average of 30 hours per week over a 3-month measurement period.
• Home Care Field Employees working less than 30 hours per week are eligible for the Minimum and Enhanced Minimum Coverage Plans.

Qualifications for HHA – Home Health Aide:

• Minimum one year work experience
• Current HHA - Home Health Aide or CNA License
• BLS Certified CPR
• Level II Background Check

Job Responsibilities for HHA – Home Health Aides:

• Activities of daily living
• Light housekeeping
• Bathing
• Grooming
• Toileting
• Nail care
• Range of motion / exercises
• Transfers / use of mechanical lifting devices
• Oral feeding
• Vital sign checks: temperature, pulse, respiration
• Home Management Tasks: laundry, meal preparation, bed making etc.
• Assisting with ambulation
• Medication assistance
• Transportation
