Qualifications

• Minimum one year work experience.
• Current HHA or CNA license.
• CPR with BLS certification.
• Level II background check required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living.
• Perform light housekeeping and grooming.
• Help with bathing, toileting and nail care.
• Assist with range of motion exercises and mobility.
• Monitor vital signs and report changes to supervisors.
• Support with medications and transportation as needed.
