UEW Health in Utah is seeking a Home Health Aide (1099 Independent Contractor) to provide routine healthcare services in clients' homes. You will design your own schedule while following established care plans to support daily living activities.

Responsibilities include assisting with personal hygiene and meals, aiding mobility, light housekeeping, and promptly communicating changes to the RN Case Manager. Successful candidates have a high school diploma, state training hours if required, basic

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of state-mandated training hours, if applicable.
• Basic knowledge of computer and internet-based applications for charting.
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills.
• Compassionate and professional demeanor, with safe working knowledge of client-based equipment.
• Must pass a criminal background check and provide evidence of health status that does not pose a risk to clients or other caregivers.

Responsabilidades

• Follow care plans to provide safe and competent care.

• Monitor and report any changes in clients’ conditions or home situations to the RN Case Manager and HHA Coordinator.
