Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is hiring Home Health Aides (HHAs/CHHAs) in New Jersey. You will provide compassionate one-on-one care in clients' homes under the supervision of a registered nurse, with training opportunities and support from a nationwide organization.

Qualifications

Compassionate, patient and dependable caregiving approach.
Willingness to travel to clients' homes as assigned.
Training may be available for qualified candidates.
Experience in home health care or patient care welcomed but not required.

Responsibilities

Provide one-on-one care based on a written plan of care under RN direction.
Assist with bathing, grooming, toileting, dressing and hygiene.
Meal preparation and feeding; medication reminders.
Light housekeeping, laundry, bed making, and other tasks.
Assist with ambulation, transfers and ROM exercises.
Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
