Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking Home Health Aides (HHAs/CHHAs) to provide compassionate, personalized in-home care across Jersey counties. Training is available for qualified candidates, and flexible scheduling helps you balance work and life.

We offer weekly pay, opportunities to build meaningful client relationships, and ongoing support from office and clinical staff. All positions involve travel to client homes and adherence to care plans under RN supervision.

Qualifications

• Experience in home health care or patient care is welcome, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate one-on-one care based on a written plan of care under RN supervision.
• Assist with bathing, grooming, toileting, dressing, and personal hygiene.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding and hydration.
• Give medication reminders and help with basic housekeeping.
• Support mobility, transfers, and range-of-motion exercises.
• Offer companionship and emotional support to help clients stay independent at home.
