Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking Home Health Aides (HHA) to care for clients in New Jersey. You will follow a nurse's care plan to provide personal care, housekeeping, and companionship in clients' homes. Qualifications

• Minimum one year work experience.
• Current HHA license in good standing with the board.
• Willingness to travel to clients’ homes.
• Empathy, patience, kindness and respect.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care, household support, and companion care to help adults stay safe and independent at home.
• Assist with activities of daily living, meals, grooming and bathing.
• Support range of motion, transfers and medication reminders.
• Perform vital signs checks and home management tasks.
