Halcyon Home is a locally owned home health and hospice provider serving the Austin area. We are hiring CNAs and/or CMAs who are passionate about providing individualized, compassionate care to clients in the greater Austin, San Marcos and New Braunfels areas.

We offer day and night shifts of varying lengths, with full-time, part-time, and PRN options. Benefits include medical/dental insurance, HSA, 401k, and recognition programs, with a supportive leadership team and inclusive culture.

Qualifications

• COVID vaccination required or willing to vaccinate.
• CNA license or CMA license is a plus.
• Must have a valid drivers license or state ID.
• Must have reliable transportation to assignments.
• Must follow written and verbal instructions and perform tasks as directed.
• Must pass Criminal History, Employee Misconduct Registry checks and 3-year driving record.
• Willing to work at least 8 hours per week (can be multiple short shifts).

Responsibilities

• Bathing and dressing patients.
• Grooming and personal care.
• Assistance with continence care and toileting.
• Daily laundry and linens management.
• Light housekeeping.
• Meal preparation.
• Medication reminders.
• Care for dementia/memory conditions.
• Standby assistance for walking and mobility.
