Job summary

Halcyon Home in Austin, TX is hiring CNAs and CMAs to provide compassionate one-on-one care for clients in the greater Austin, San Marcos and New Braunfels areas. If you value integrity and helping others, this team welcomes you.

We offer day and night shifts with Full Time, Part Time and PRN hours, plus a benefits package including Medical and Dental Insurance, HSA, 401k, and recognition programs, plus strong leadership communication and team support.

Qualifications

• COVID vaccination required (or willing to be vaccinated).
• CNA license or CMA license is a plus.
• Must have current driver’s license or state identification.
• Must have reliable transportation to travel to assignments.
• Must be able to follow written and verbal instructions and perform tasks as directed.
• Must pass a criminal history check, Employee Misconduct Registry check and 3 year driving record.
• Willing to work at least 8 hours per week (can be multiple short shifts).

Responsibilities

• Bathing and dressing.
• Grooming and personal care.
• Incontinence care and toileting assistance.
• Daily laundry and linens.
• Light housekeeping.
• Meal preparation.
• Medication reminders.
• Dementia and memory care.
• Standby assistance for walking.
• Transportation and errands.
