Always Best Care Chicagoland is hiring compassionate caregivers to help seniors stay safe and independent at home. We offer paid training, weekly pay, flexible hours, and direct deposit.

You will assist with medication reminders, mobility, personal care, light housekeeping, shopping, and accompanying clients to appointments. A valid driver's license and 1+ year home care experience are required. Full-time or part-time shifts available in Villa Park, IL.

Qualifications

• Caregiving experience of 1+ years.
• Willingness to adhere to health and safety standards.
• Knowledge of housekeeping activities and cooking with attention to dietary constraints.
• Must be respectful and compassionate with a good bedside manner.
• Outstanding communication, time management, and interpersonal skills.
• Driver's license
• Physical endurance to complete required tasks.
• Must be able to work in the USA.
• Must be very reliable.
• Must be willing to work full-time or part-time.

Responsibilities

• Medication Reminders
• Assist clients with ambulation and mobility around the house or outside (doctor’s appointments, walks, etc.)
• Assist clients with personal care and hygiene.
• Help clients complete physical therapy and other recommended exercises.
• Do the client’s shopping or accompany them when they shop if needed.
• Perform light housekeeping duties that clients can’t complete on their own, including preparing meals.
• Report any unusual incidents to our Care Coordinator
• Act quickly and responsibly in cases of emergency
• Follow the Care plan.
