Job summary

Addus HomeCare is hiring Home Care Aides in Delaware to support seniors and people with disabilities so they may live independently in their own home. Hours can be flexible to accommodate school, personal or family needs, with up to 30 hours a week.

No experience is required. Competitive starting wages of $15/hr, daily pay for select positions, travel time/mileage pay, and weekly pay with direct deposit are offered, plus 401k options and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must pass a criminal background check and drug test.
• No experience required for role.

Responsibilities

• Follow a care plan/service plan for the client and report on completed tasks.
• Assist with personal care (bathing, dressing, meal preparation)
• Provide routine house cleaning
• Observe and report changes in client condition as part of the Health Care Team
• Promote Addus HomeCare as the leading home care provider in the community.
