Addus HomeCare in Delaware is hiring Home Care Aides. No experience is required; training is provided.

These roles offer up to 30 hours per week with flexible scheduling, weekly pay, and the option for daily pay on select positions. As a Home Care Aide you will follow a personalized care plan, assist with personal care, light housekeeping, and observe changes in the client’s condition as part of the health care team.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or GED or one year experience of in-home care services.
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug test.
• No Experience Required

Responsibilities

• Follow a care plan/service plan for the client and report on completed tasks
• Assist with personal care (bathing, dressing, meal preparation)
• Provide routine house cleaning
• As part of the client's Health Care Team, a Home Health Aide must observe and report any changes in client's condition
• Promote our positive image in the community as the leading home care provider
