Job summary

Addus is seeking Home Care Aides in Newark, Delaware. No experience is needed, and employees can work up to 30 hours a week with flexible scheduling. Compensation starts at $15/hr with additional benefits including vacation pay and daily pay options.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Follow a care plan/service plan for the client and report on completed tasks.
• Assist with personal care (bathing, dressing, meal preparation).
• Provide routine house cleaning.
• Observe and report any changes in client's condition.

Education

High school diploma or GED

Experience in in-home care services
