Job summary

Guardian Angel Senior Services is hiring compassionate Home Health Aides (HHAs) and CNAs for in-home care in the greater Springfield area. You will help older adults stay safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes, with a schedule that fits your availability.

We offer free HHA training and certification to qualified applicants, plus a competitive hourly rate and benefits. Walk-ins welcome at our Springfield location for inquiries and onboarding.

Qualifications

• Clear communication in English, both verbal and written.
• Dependability, compassion, patience, and respect for clients.
• Strong time-management and organization skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and personal-care needs.
• Provide companionship and emotional encouragement.
• Prepare meals based on clients' preferences and dietary needs.
• Help with light housekeeping and laundry.
• Run errands such as grocery shopping.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Observe clients and report changes to supervisor.
• Respond calmly to urgent situations.
