Job summary

A&C Private Home Care in Georgia is seeking caring Personal Care Aides to provide one-on-one, compassionate support to clients in their homes. You will assist with daily tasks, mobility, and companionship, with emphasis on safety and dignity.

Applicants should be reliable, CPR certified or willing to obtain it, and ready to complete a TB test. Prior home care experience is a plus, with flexible scheduling and supportive team culture.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• CPR certification or willingness to obtain.
• TB test completed or willingness to obtain TB test.
• 2+ years of relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide support and comfort to immobile or frail clients.
• Report changes in clients' conditions to relevant parties.
• Assist with personal hygiene, bathing, dressing, and brushing teeth.
• Engage clients in activities and social interaction.
• Perform basic housekeeping and meal preparation.
• Assist with household finances, bills, and errands.
• Accompany clients on outings and medical appointments.
• Provide mobility support with walking aids or wheelchairs.
