Job summary

Summit Home Care in NYC is seeking compassionate Home Health Aides (HHA) to provide daily personal care to adult and pediatric patients across Manhattan and Queens. You can choose days and shifts, with flexible scheduling and steady case availability.

Benefits include daily access to pay, health insurance, and paid time off, plus referral bonuses and union membership. Must have NYS HHA certificate and pass basic screenings. Full-time, part-time, and per diem positions available.

Qualifications

• Must have New York State Home Health Aide Certificate.
• Government Issued ID, Social Security Card & Work Authorization, if needed.
• 2 Reference Letters.
• Recent Physical.
• TB Screening (Quantiferon preferred).
• Rubella & Rubeola titer lab work.

Responsibilities

• Daily personal care (bathing, grooming, oral care, dressing, etc.).
• Assist with the daily living activities per the Plan of Care.
• Monitor patients and report on their condition.
• Help with patient meals and feeding, as well as basic housekeeping functions.
• Accompany the patient to doctor's visits, shopping, and other errands.
