You will perform personal care, meal prep, medication reminders, light housekeeping, and accompany clients to appointments. A valid HHA or CNA certification and English proficiency are required; drivers license preferred.

Qualifications

• HHA or CNA certification required.
• 1+ year caregiving experience recommended.
• English reading/writing/speaking required.

Responsibilities

• Assists with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming).
• Performs transfers, ambulation, and mobility support.
• Meal preparation and feeding assistance per instructions.
• Light housekeeping (vacuuming, dishes, laundry).
• Accompanies client to appointments and errands.
• Medication reminders and basic health monitoring per nurse guidance.
