Job summary

Right at Home Miami Metro, FL is seeking experienced, professional HHAs and CNAs to provide in-home care for our clients. We are an essential service, delivering compassionate care to seniors and chronically ill patients in the Miami area.

You will perform personal care, hygiene support, meal prep, mobility assistance, and light housekeeping, under the supervision of a Right at Home nurse. Must have certification and at least 1 year of experience; valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• Home Health Aide Certificate or CNA Certification required.
• At least 1 year of caregiving experience (in homes or facilities).
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English as needed.
• Valid driver's license and insured vehicle required.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care activities for activities of daily living.
• Assist with hygiene, ambulation, eating, dressing, and meals.
• Escort to errands or medical appointments.
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry.
• Assist with medication reminders and ROM exercises per nurse instructions.
• Understand dementia care and incontinence care.
