Job summary
Right at Home Miami Metro, FL is seeking experienced Home Health Aides (HHAs) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide compassionate in-home care for our clients. This essential service role emphasizes quality care in patients' homes, with flexible scheduling and opportunities for personal advancement.
Responsibilities include personal care, meal prep, light housekeeping, and transportation to appointments.
Qualifications
- Must have a Home Health Aide (HHA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
- At least 1 year of caregiving experience in home or facility settings is preferred.
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English is required for the job.
Responsibilities
- Provide personal care to assist with activities of daily living (bathing, grooming, toileting, dressing).
- Assist with ambulation and transfers.
- Support eating, meal prep, and fluid intake.
- Assist with mobility and range of motion exercises as taught by a nurse.
- Perform light housekeeping tasks and maintain a safe, clean environment.
- Accompany clients to appointments and errands as needed.
- Administer medication reminders and follow care plans under nurse supervision.
