Job summary

United Energy Workers Healthcare is seeking a Home Health Aide 1099 Independent Contractor to join our team. You will provide routine healthcare services in clients’ homes, designing a flexible schedule that fits both your needs and those of our clients, while delivering compassionate, client-centered care.

You will follow care plans, assist with daily living activities, monitor conditions, and report changes to the RN Case Manager and HHA Coordinator.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• State-mandated training hours completed, if applicable.
• Basic computer and internet charting skills.
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
• Compassionate and professional demeanor.
• Criminal background check clearance and health status proof.

Responsibilities

• Follow care plans to provide safe and competent in-home care.
• Assist with personal hygiene and meal preparation.
• Help with mobility and routine housekeeping tasks.
• Monitor and report changes to the RN Case Manager and HHA Coordinator.
