Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Completion of state-mandated training hours, if applicable.
• Basic computer and internet skills for charting and documentation.
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
• Compassionate, professional demeanor with patient safety focus.
• Criminal background check and health status verification required.

Responsabilidades

• Follow care plans to provide safe and competent care.
• Assist with personal hygiene and meal preparation.
• Help clients with mobility and activities of daily living.
• Perform routine housekeeping tasks as directed.
• Monitor and report any changes in clients’ conditions to the RN Case Manager and HHA Coordinator.
