Job summary

Mercy on-site Health Risk Assessments team is seeking a part-time Health Screening Specialist in Springfield, MO. You will perform BP checks, phlebotomy, hearing/vision tests, and related screenings, processing paperwork and promoting corporate wellness services.

The role requires flexible hours, travel to local sites, and the ability to work across multiple shifts. A CMA or health-related associate degree is preferred, with BLS certification within 90 days.

Qualifications

• Education: Associate's degree or CMA certification; job experience may substitute.
• Experience in medical testing and phlebotomy preferred; strong communication skills.
• AHA Basic Life Support certification within 90 days of start.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site Health Risk Assessments and phlebotomy.
• Operate equipment for BP, EKGs, hearing/vision tests, and other screenings.
• Process HRA paperwork and promote wellness services on-site.
• Travel to out-of-town sites and support multiple shifts as needed.
