Job summary

Chili's is seeking a friendly Host/Hostess in Albuquerque to provide a warm welcome to every Guest and help manage the dining room flow. You will greet Guests, manage the waitlist, and relay concerns to the Manager as needed, while supporting teammates and maintaining a safe, welcoming environment.

No experience is required, and we offer flexible scheduling, with options for part-time or full-time work and opportunities for growth in a team-focused culture.

Qualifications

• Friendly, warm, and caring attitude that's always ready to greet with a smile.
• Thinks and acts quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Able to work in a standing position for long periods of time.
• Able to safely lift and easily maneuver trays of food when necessary.
• No experience necessary.

Responsibilities

• Give a warm welcome to every Guest
• Manage the wait list
• Communicate Guest concerns to the Manager when appropriate
• Answer telephone within three rings and direct calls
• Help fellow Team Members when appropriate
• Contribute to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment
