Retirement Living is seeking a compassionate Social Worker to support older adults in Maryland. This role offers a flexible schedule and a team-oriented environment. Responsibilities include conducting client assessments, developing care plans, and supporting ongoing care needs while fostering strong relationships with clients and their families. Qualifications

• Licensed social worker in Maryland; DC license preferred.
• Experience in home health, hospice, or related fields.
• Ability to travel in the D.C. Metro area for client visits.
