Rehab Advisors in-house management client is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist for a full-time position in Woonsocket, RI. You will evaluate and treat residents with functional and cognitive needs in a skilled nursing facility.

Qualifications

• Must have OT degree from an AOTA-accredited program.
• NBCOT certification as OTR if required by the state.
• Current OT license in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with functional, cognitive, and ADL impairments.
• Create and implement personalized care plans.
• Collaborate with team to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
• Ensure physician orders are obtained and up to date.
