Baywood Home Care is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide in-home, one-on-one care. We offer part-time or full-time schedules with a pay range of $21–$24/hour and a $2 shift differential, plus credit for experience.

Join a supportive team focused on compassionate, personalized home care. Qualified caregivers will have a CNA certificate (not necessarily current), be at least 18 years old, own a vehicle with valid license and insurance, and have at least 1 year of caregiving

Qualifikationen

• One-on-one homecare experience preferred.
• Caregiving roles demonstrating empathy and reliability.
• Must be able to pass background checks and safety screenings.

Aufgaben

• Provide personal care—bathing, dressing, toileting, mobility.
• Remind and assist with medications and routines.
• Ensure safety and comfort during overnight or extended shifts.
• Support client independence and dignity through compassionate care.
• Work with families to coordinate in-home care as needed.
