Job summary

Clark County Water Reclamation District is seeking qualified applicants for the Utility Full Stack Developer I/II (Oracle Developer) role. The position will design Oracle database objects and support integration of Oracle-based systems with other platforms, while gathering and translating business requirements into technical solutions.

The role also covers testing, performance monitoring, documentation, and collaboration with IT teams and vendors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education/experience in a related field.
• Two years of large-scale programming and systems analysis experience for higher level (II).
• Experience with Oracle database objects and integration is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Design and implement Oracle database objects (tables, views, procedures, functions, packages).
• Support integration of Oracle-based systems with internal/external applications and data exchange.
• Perform unit testing and assist with system/integration testing.
• Monitor database and application performance; help troubleshoot and optimize.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and provide user support.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, network systems or a related field

Equivalent combination of formal education, certification programs, in the technology field, and appropriate related experience
