Creekside Transitional Care & Rehab in Meridian, ID is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist Assistant to join our in-house rehab program. This role offers a flexible schedule and work-life balance with supervision provided by a licensed Physical Therapist.

Responsibilities

• Apply evidence-based practices to support clinical interventions.
• Provide rehabilitative treatment to patients under Physical Therapist supervision.
• Administer rehabilitation procedures, including manual techniques, ambulation, exercises, modalities, and assistive devices under supervision.
• Collaborate with the supervising Physical Therapist to assess and adjust treatments per regulatory and clinical practice requirements.
• Offer consultation and counseling to patients, families, caregivers, and other providers regarding physical disorders.

Education

Physical Therapist Assistant license is required
