Duchess is hiring cashiers for our team as we open a new store in Mount Vernon. You will welcome customers, process transactions, and help keep the store clean and organized. This position offers FT and PT schedules with growth opportunities within the company.

We value a customer-focused mindset, basic math and cash-handling skills, and comfort with modern POS tools. Prior retail or food service experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and manage inventory so customers find what they need.
• Follow safety and compliance regulations for tobacco, alcohol, lottery and other sales.
• Promote Duchess Crown Card Rewards and loyalty program.
