Renewal Rehab, part of Enhance Therapies, is hiring a Physical Therapist for a full-time role in a skilled nursing facility and long-term care setting. Compensation ranges from $75,000 to $98,000 per year, with full-time schedules and benefits.

You will evaluate and treat patients, develop personalized care plans, collaborate with the care team, maintain documentation, and ensure regulatory compliance while exploring professional growth through education and advancement.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed Physical Therapist to apply.
• Degree from an APTA-accredited PT program (BS, MS, or DPT) required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with mobility, strength, balance, and functional impairments.
• Create and implement personalized care plans.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
