Renewal Rehab is hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant for a Full-Time position in skilled nursing and long-term care settings. Under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, you will provide treatments and coordinate evaluations and referrals.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to apply.
• Current license as Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of practice.
• Associate’s degree from an APTA‑accredited PTA program.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under supervision of a licensed PT.
• Identify appropriate patients for therapy and coordinate with PT for evaluation.
• Collaborate with team to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all physician orders are obtained and up to date.
