Job summary

Renewal Rehab, part of the Enhance Therapies family, is hiring a Physical Therapist - FT to join our growing team in a skilled nursing/long-term care setting. Must be a licensed Physical Therapist to apply. Compensation ranges from $75,000 to $90,000 per year for a full-time role.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed Physical Therapist in the state of practice.
• APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (BS, MS, or DPT).
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with mobility, strength, balance, and functional impairments.
• Create and implement personalized care plans.
• Collaborate with team to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
• Ensure physician orders are obtained and up to date.
