Renewal Rehab, part of Enhance Therapies, is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to join our FT team in a SNF/Long-Term Care setting. You will work under a licensed Physical Therapist to deliver therapy services and support patient progress.

Qualifications

• Associate degree from an APTA-accredited PTA program.
• Current PTA license in the state of practice.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under supervision of a licensed PT.
• Identify suitable patients for therapy and coordinate with PT for evaluation and referral.
• Collaborate with team to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
• Obtain and update physician orders as required.
