Always Best Care Senior Services of Alexandria is seeking experienced in-home care professionals to provide personal care for seniors in the greater Alexandria area. We have immediate full-time shifts available.

Pay is $20.00 per hour. Your duties include assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility and transfers, meals, light housekeeping, and health monitoring while maintaining a safe, respectful living environment.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• CNA, HHA or PCA certification sponsored by Virginia Board of Nursing.
• Previous caregiving experience.
• Ability to lift and assist clients.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Two professional references.
• Ability to pass criminal record check.

Aufgaben

• Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming and toileting.
• Assist with mobility and transfers.
• Prepare and serve nutritious meals.
• Perform light housekeeping duties including laundry and light cleaning.
• Monitor and report changes in health and behavior.
• Maintain a safe and clean living environment.
• Communicate effectively with family members and healthcare professionals.
