Always Best Care Senior Services in Alexandria is seeking caring in-home care professionals to support seniors in the greater Alexandria area. You will provide personal care, mobility assistance, meal prep, and light housekeeping.

We offer flexible full-time weekday shifts, paid training, direct deposit, and 24/7 on-call support. A high school diploma and relevant certification (CNA/HHA/PCA) are required, along with a valid driver’s license and references.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Certification or license (CNA, HHA, PCA) sponsored by Virginia Board of Nursing.
• Previous experience as a caregiver or related field.
• Ability to handle physical demands of the job, including lifting and assisting clients.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Two professional references.
• Ability to pass criminal record check.

Responsabilidades

• Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Assist with mobility and transfers.
• Prepare and serve nutritious meals.
• Perform light housekeeping duties, including laundry and light cleaning.
• Monitor and report changes in the client's health and behavior.
• Maintain a safe and clean living environment.
• Communicate effectively with family members and healthcare professionals.

Always Best Care Senior Services of Alexandria is looking for care professionals to provide in-home personal care services to our senior community in the greater Alexandria area. We are seeking experienced professionals who are caring, flexible, and always willing to learn.

Immediate Full-Time Shifts Available:

• Weekday hours (between 9am - 5pm) in Alexandria
• Must be OK with pets

Pay: $20.00/hour

What you'll do:

• Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Assist with mobility and transfers.
• Prepare and serve nutritious meals.
• Perform light housekeeping duties, including laundry and light cleaning.
• Monitor and report changes in the client's health and behavior.
