Job summary

Tender Touch Rehab Services is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for a full-time position in SNF and long-term care settings. You will provide occupational therapy treatments under supervision, implement personalized care plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to achieve functional goals.

Qualifications

• Must be a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant with NBCOT if required by state.
• Current license as a COTA in the practicing state.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing personalized care plans focused on functional goals.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements.
