Renewal Rehab, part of Enhance Therapies, is hiring a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our SNF/Long-Term Care team on a full-time basis. We offer competitive pay, mentorship, and a collaborative environment focused on growth and excellent patient outcomes.

As a COTA, you will work under OT supervision, contribute to personalized care plans, document to regulatory standards, and support a culture of continuous professional development and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Must have Associate’s degree from an AOTA-accredited OT assistant program.
• Certified by the NBCOT as a COTA, if required by state
• Current license as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant in the state of practice
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• New grads welcome; mentorship available

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy treatments under the supervision of an OT
• Assist in implementing personalized care plans focused on functional goals
• Collaborate with team to ensure quality outcomes
• Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date
