Job summary

Rehab Advisors by Enhance Therapies is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join an in-house therapy program in a skilled nursing/long-term care setting in Florida. This is a full-time role with strong growth opportunities.

You will provide occupational therapy treatments under supervision, help implement personalized care plans, collaborate with the care team, and maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements. New grads welcomed.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree from an AOTA-accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• NBCOT certification (COTA) if required by state.
• Current license as a COTA in the state of practice.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• New grads welcome.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy treatments under supervision of an OT.
• Assist in implementing personalized care plans focused on functional goals.
• Collaborate with team to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all physician orders are obtained and up to date.
