Chartwells Higher Education Dining Services in College Station, TX is hiring a full-time Baker to prepare baked goods according to recipes and production specifications for Texas A&M University. The role requires at least 2 years of baking experience, the ability to follow recipes, and efficient production during peak times.

Qualifications

At least 2 years of experience as a baker.
Ability to follow recipes and production specifications.
Experience with breads, pies, cakes, and pastries is preferred.

Responsibilities

Bake breads, pies, cakes, cookies and other pastries as necessary per production sheets.
Ensure food prepared per approved recipes and standards.
Assist with production records and waste tracking; inform supervisor when supplies are low.
Maintain sanitation and proper equipment usage.
Interact with customers in a friendly, service-oriented manner.
Keep workstation clean and complete shift work on time.
