Goodwill Greater Milwaukee & Chicago is seeking a warehouse associate responsible for efficient movement, organization, and warehousing of product. You will maintain inventory, secure freight, and operate forklifts following safety standards while supporting continuous improvement in material flow.

The role requires flexible hours, forklift certification, and experience with machinery. Regular supervision applies as part of this position. Equal opportunity employer.

Formación

• Must be able to operate forklift safely and efficiently, following Goodwill processes.
• Flexible hours for varied schedule requirements.
• Experience with machinery is preferred but not required.
• Ability to obtain and retain forklift certification.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain organization of assigned area for efficient workflow.
• Protect and use high-value assets including forklifts and other equipment.
• Maintain inventory control processes (FIFO).
• Contribute to continuous improvement in material flow and tasks.
• Communicate supply needs to management.
• Ensure accuracy of incoming and outgoing material.
• Secure freight inside trailers.
• Meet productivity goals using best practices.
• Complete logs and reports as directed.
