Job summary

Synergy Bank is seeking a customer-focused Floating Teller to provide service and operational support across our branch network. The role is not tied to a single location and may be scheduled at any of Synergy Bank's six branches between East Houma and Thibodaux.

Ideal candidates have prior customer service experience; leadership or supervisory experience and/or an Associate Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field are welcome.

Qualifications

• Must have basic Word and Excel proficiency.
• Experience in customer service preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and solve problems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service and build relationships.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and other teller transactions.
• Verify cash, endorsements, and balances; balance drawers.
• Promote bank products and services to customers.
• Adhere to bank policies and regulatory requirements.
