Job summary

The Granite YMCA in Manchester, NH, seeks a Floating Site Director to lead and support multiple school-age programs across Manchester and Goffstown. The role emphasizes relationship-building, program quality, and flexible coverage to keep children, families, and staff thriving.

You will manage site operations, coach staff, and ensure NH licensing standards are met, with a Monday–Friday 2:30 PM–6:00 PM schedule and potential for growth into full-time leadership roles.

Qualifications

• Experience in childcare, youth development, recreation, or related field.
• Ability to lead and coach multiple sites.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• CPR/AED and First Aid certifications, or willingness to obtain.
• Compliance with NH licensing standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide site leadership across licensed school-age programs.
• Coach and mentor Group Leaders and staff.
• Ensure safety, engagement, and quality program delivery.
• Coordinate attendance, behavior guidance, and operations.
• Support vacation camps, events, and family activities.
