Job summary

Abloom Home Healthcare is seeking compassionate Floating Caregivers to support seniors and individuals with disabilities across the Phoenix area. You will travel between client locations, providing personal care, meal prep, and emotional support while maintaining detailed visit records.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent and CPR/First Aid certification, plus TB test clearance. A reliable vehicle and strong communication skills are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Must have reliable transportation to travel between client locations.
• Ability to drive and transport clients safely.
• Physical ability to assist clients in and out of vehicles and homes.

Responsibilities

• Follow the plan of care to deliver safe, competent care to clients.
• Assist clients with personal hygiene and daily living tasks.
• Plan and prepare nutritious meals for clients.
• Encourage clients to remain as independent as possible according to their care plan.
