Qualifications

• Experience in customer service in public-facing roles.
• Cash handling and basic math skills.
• Ability to greet guests and give facility tours.
• Lifeguard certification or willingness to obtain within 3 months.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests at the front desk and provide tours of the facility.
• Support fitness programs and assist members with equipment.
• Keep the facility clean, organized, and inviting; handle cash register and computer operations.
• Answer incoming calls and relay information about classes and programs.
• Perform lifeguard responsibilities to maintain a safe pool environment.
